Instructions on using the portal:

1. You must use Internet Explorer (the
system will not work with Firefox)

2. When you login you will see the jobs which pretain to you

3. Click the link to go to the folder on the ftp server
related to the job you have selected.

4. If you recieve a "Page cannot be displayed" error,
Refresh the page by clicking the "Refresh" or "Reload" button.

5. Right click on a folder and select "Copy" - then "Paste" to folder and its contents to your hard drive.
